Richard W. Dyer has over fifteen years diversified financial experience in tax, accounting, financing and capitalization, venture capital valuation, financial/business analysis, and family wealth advisory services working for and with closely-held or family-owned businesses and the families that own them.
Prior to joining Dyer, Hughes, Roche & Wilson, Inc. he spent five years at a multi-million dollar family office enterprise, where he directed the families' venture capital operations and investments resulting in an appreciation of over 1,000% from 1997 through 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Dyer spent ten years working in the tax and tax consulting area of Arthur Andersen LLP.
Rich is a "summa cum laude" graduate of Mercyhurst College and is currently residing in the Wooster community with his wife and two children. Rich is a member of various professional organizations and serves as a Board Member for Junior Achievement, Wooster Youth Baseball and the Wooster Swim Club.
